Seven steps to your new rental property

  1. Create a search request
    In your personal account, you can create a search assignment at My Home. This allows us to keep you informed when a suitable property becomes available.
  2. Request a viewing
    Have you (already) seen an interesting property? Click on the property and then on "Request a viewing". Read our rental conditions to see if you meet our income criteria and allocation requirements.
    You can quickly, safely and easily submit your details via Datakeeper's app. This ensures we receive only the data needed to determine whether the property suits you. Watch the instruction video below.

  3. Viewing
    Do you qualify? Then you will receive an invitation for a viewing by e-mail. This viewing can take place with several candidates at the same time or with the current tenant.
  4. Supply final details
    Are you positive about the residence and would you like to rent it? Then we will ask you to provide the last details via Datakeeper. You can upload any extra documents in your personal account.

  5. Check and final offer
    Are all your details correct? Then we will send you a link by e-mail to the final offer with starting date and rental price in this account. After acceptance, the house is rented to you subject to conditions.
  6. Digitally sign the contract
    You will receive an e-mail with a link to the digitally signed contract with attachments. After signing, you will receive the signed contract with attachments back by e-mail. We will then take care of the administration and you will receive your first rent invoice.
  7. Key transfer
    Has the first rent invoice been paid? Then you will receive an invitation to hand over the keys by e-mail or telephone. The house is then definitely rented to you.
